• metabolic disorders in animals with liver disease and myocardial pathology caused by chemical, physical and biological toxicants and ways of correcting the identified pathologies with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hepato- and cardioprotective drugs;
• pharmacocorection of toxic liver disease and cardiomyopathy of ischemic origin.
